Capella Menthol

Unfortunately it Turns out I got a dud or so I'm hoping. I mixed the whole 30 ml Concentrate even though according to mixwizards calculater I only needed 20 ml . No joy so added the whole bottle . This made no change . Was looking forward to a strong menthol flavour and all I got was zip .

I use this at 2-3% in mixes. It goes perfectly with creams and ice creams for a mint ice cream. It's not a mouthwash/toothpaste tasting menthol - well worth trying if you are after a mint/menthol taste.

Capella's menthol is very enjoyable, the flavour is fairly concentrated so a little goes a long way in any mix, it gives you the classic menthol flavour and feel; a cool feeling without the cold burn.

Works as a great addition to most general mixes for anyone who enjoys the menthol flavour.
