It'll do

Nice icecream base more like a vanilla cream than an icecream. Ideal for mixing with other flavours. For a more authentic icecream coolness I would recommend menthol or Peppermint added to your recipe

A clean tasting vanilla ice cream. Not quite as rich as Capella's version, but pretty close to it. No off-tastes or pepper notes. It's a thick, smooth vanilla cream that goes with nearly anything.
