Flavour Art Cold Pressed Lime

Authentic is the right word. It dosnt taste fake at all. While it dosnt have the expected zing of limes. It does have a taste of lime marmalade with the pith included; if it didn't have the pithy taste it would be wat better. Its clean and fresh. No artificial lime taste.

While i was expecting the vibrant oils of a fresh lime skin.
If your thai; or a marmalade maker youl get my drift.
Its more like a freshly peeled lime skins thats had a bit of pith included; quickly boiled and bottled.
Has authentic true lime notes.
Just not what i expected.
Yet.... i wouldnt trade it for fake lime!.
Its clean. Not marmaladie boiled to death caramelized lime.
Just. Lime skins. In hot water.
Fresh clean.
Great with melon.
