Description

The light and sweet taste of meringue adds a dessert taste to your DIY recipe. We recommend mixing it with marshmallow, cream, citrus, fruit, vanilla, chocolate, and floral flavors. You can also use Meringue to enhance the taste of cola, or sweetening a cream recipe.

Great vertical, sweet, milky flavoring.

Great flavoring! A must have for dairy lovers but also has some caramel/brown sugar bakery notes. I use this at 3% and FA Fresh Cream 1% as a really nice cereal milk base.

FA Meringue

One of the most versatile and must have flavourings out there. I use in a 0.5-1.0% range in many flavour profiles that I mix. FA Meringue just hits the spot with me and is the only Meringue that I use. Have never used it as a stand alone flavour. As with anything from MixWizard, everything is supplied well packaged.

Used it for the first time in a Passion fruit merengue pie.
Definitely will continue with this juice recipe. I'll be buying more on my next juice order
