Zeppola is an Italian pastry similar to a cannoli crossed with a Sioux bun, deep fried in a vanilla oil. This flavour is just the base pastry, it is usually paired with a custard filling, topped with a jam or butter and honey mix. Why not use it in a mix and make it yourself? Slightly spiced when used as a standalone, this is a strong flavour we recommend starting at a low percentage and adding more if needed.
