Inawera Shisha Raspberry Concentrate gives a good raspberry syrup type of flavour that is deliciously sweet but not overpowering. It has a very clean and smooth raspberry taste if mixed from 5% or more. depending on how strong you like it. Shisha Raspberry compares very well to both Flavour Art and Capella’s raspberry and it makes a perfect summer flavour .

Fantastic

This is a sweet, authentic tasting raspberry. I use it at 1-2% in a mix. It's got no off notes and it doesn't fade. It's strong enough to hold its own as a single berry in a recipe. And it also mixes perfectly with 0.5%-1% Inawera Raspberry.
