Description
Brown Sugar (DX) is good for blending into dessert recipes where it adds a rich, dark sweetness. The addition of a little of this versatile concentrate can provide the perfect final flourish for many mixes particularly bakery and cakes. Brown Sugar (DX) as an additive to apple, cinnamon or even coffee recipes, it will create a lovely rich and sweet depth to your recipes, but be sure to use it sparingly at first, as a little goes a long way. This is the DX version, which is diketone (acetoin, diacetyl and acetyl propionyl) free.
