Vanilla Cupcake (DX) provides the flavours of a rich and creamy vanilla cupcake with a sugary iced topping. This concentrate is perhaps best used as part of a mix with other flavours, rather than used as a stand-alone flavouring and many users have reported that it can make any strawberry dessert recipe shine. Vanilla Cupcake (DX) also tastes great if blended with custards, marshmallow or vanilla ice cream, although we would recommend that you steep any recipes made with this concentrate for a week or so to enjoy the flavour at its best. This is the DX version, which is diketone (acetoin, diacetyl and acetyl propionyl) free.
