The Flavour Apprentice Lemon Lime II

I've used in a few recipes to add tart or help pop a flavour. But I've used at very low % and it's tainted everything i used it in. Weird. Maybe I'm using it wrong or too low, but it's ruined a few mixes so I don't want to use again.

The smell when I first opened it took me back to my child hood with the opening of a lemon lime fruju ice block on a sticky summers day sitting next to my bmx with mates, needless to say I was excited to mix this up and let rip, I mixed a tester and let it steep for a few days and I couldn’t help myself, I had to try it.

So glad I got impatient again the taste was intensely good it gave me the same sense of nostalgia that the first smell gave me.

Good tangy flavour, the lime offsets the lemon well as lemon by itself tends to taste a bit like cleaning products IMO. Mixed at 5% and found it a bit weak, 10% is good for decent flavour with a nice sour note and a limey exhale. Good by itself, great with some menthol or mint as well.
