Description

Vanilla Swirl has a beautifully rich flavour with a creamy vanilla taste; an alternative to TFA's popular Vanilla Custard, this flavouring does not contain the custard notes that could potentially form (acetoin, diacetyl and acetyl propionyl). For many users, Capella is the king of custards, but others find that this custard flavouring to be better, with its vanilla notes being a bit more prominent. As with all flavourings, the taste is subjective but you will find that this is a lovely mellow and sweet concentrate, which can be used in a multitude of cake or dessert recipes, where it adds a soft and creamy vanilla taste without the custard.

One of the best creams

Classic Frosty Boy soft serve ice cream.

I use this to boost my ice cream recipes. 1% - 2% is fantastic for adding smoothness, mouth feel and richness to your mix. Adding 2% - 3% to other creams gives you a perfect ice cream base. If you want to add just soft serve ice cream to your recipe, try it at 3% - 5%.
