Are you still shipping?

Yes, we are dispatching parcels as normal during alert Level 3 & Level 4. Our online store, dispatch & warehouse as well as our customer care services will remain open throughout. We have updated our shipping carriers shipping times on our website with some useful info on each carriers performance during the lock-down below.

Courier Post Shipping Times
There are delays / longer than normal transit times with Courier-Post. We have extended our shipping time to 1-4 Business Days to reflect the extra time needed to deliver parcels under the current circumstances.

Parcels are delivering, some faster than others but please be patient if your parcel is delayed. We expect these delays to increase over the course of Level 3 as there will be even more businesses shipping parcels and causing strain on the network. Please allow extra time for your delivery over this period & we will update this page with new information as we receive it.

Why are there Delays?
Because of the increased amount of online shopping, there is a huge increase of parcels moving around the country and with a reduction in staff working in sorting centers due to social distancing measures for staff safety, the combination of the 2 has caused these delays across the board. All shipping carriers are processing more parcels than ever with less staff working.

Will couriers still deliver?
Yes, Courier & delivery services are classified as essential services during Level 3 & Level 4, so there will be no issues getting your parcels from our warehouse to your door. We receive regular updates from our carriers and we will post any new information here on the page as well under the shipping times heading below.
